Local pest control, handled personally

Why we started

After years working in pest control across the GTA, our owner kept seeing problems return when only the visible activity was treated. A gap under a garage door, damp in a crawlspace or another contributing condition could be missed, leaving the customer with the same issue months later.

On Target was created to take a more thorough approach: identify the pest, investigate the source, treat precisely and explain the prevention steps in writing. The goal is a solution you understand, not a service you have to keep guessing about.

What we are licensed to do

We hold a current Ontario exterminator licence in the Structural class. Ask to see the licence card and we will show you. Our work covers common pests in and around buildings, including rodents, cockroaches, ants, bed bugs, wasps, spiders, fleas and stored-product pests.

Our service does not include lawns, gardens, vegetation work or wildlife removal. If your job falls outside our licence or expertise, we will say so and refer you to an appropriately qualified provider.

We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance and are happy to send the certificate to any property manager or condo board that needs it on file.

How we work

• One licensed exterminator, start to finish. You know who is responsible for the quote, service and follow-up.
• A clear price in writing before work starts. If an inspection changes the scope, we explain it and get your approval first.
• Species identification before treatment. Similar-looking pests can require very different methods, so the plan starts with getting the identification right.
• Practical exclusion where it matters. For entry-point pests, the scope may include mesh, door sweeps, flashing or screened vents.
• Discreet service at no extra cost. Ask for an unmarked vehicle and we will keep the visit low-key.
• A written service guarantee on eligible work. We explain the coverage and any included follow-ups in your quote.
