What we treat

Pick your pest

Start with what you’re seeing. Correct identification matters because different species can require very different treatment plans.

What sets us apart

Treat the activity. Address the cause.

The visible pest is only part of the problem. Entry gaps, moisture, food sources and other conditions can keep activity going long after a quick treatment.

For rodents and other entry-point pests, practical exclusion can be just as important as treatment. Closing the route in helps reduce the chance of the same problem returning.

You get clear written findings and prevention advice explaining what we found, what we addressed and what may still need attention.

What happens on the day

Five steps, no mystery

  1. Call, text or send the form. Tell us what you’re seeing and where. A photo can help us narrow it down.
  2. Initial assessment. We inspect the affected areas and likely sources, then explain what we found.
  3. Written quote. You see the scope and price before deciding whether to proceed.
  4. Targeted service. We treat the pest and address relevant entry points or contributing conditions included in the scope.
  5. Follow-up. We return when the pest or service plan requires it and explain any applicable guarantee in writing.

Ontario licensed and transparent

We hold a current Ontario structural exterminator licence and are happy to show you the licence card.

Flat pricing, quoted first

You receive the full price in writing before work begins. If an inspection changes the scope, we explain it before proceeding.

Same-day availability

Same- or next-day appointments are often available. Urgent issues, such as stinging insects near an entrance, receive priority where possible.

Exclusion, not just spray

For pests entering through structural gaps, practical exclusion may include mesh, flashing, door sweeps or screened vents.

Discreet by default

Ask for an unmarked vehicle at no extra cost. We keep conversations and service discreet.

Right pest, right treatment

We identify the species before treating. Correct identification is especially important for pests such as pharaoh ants and German cockroaches.

Ask about our 90-day written guarantee.

Coverage depends on the pest and service plan. Required follow-up visits are explained in your written quote.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask

If your question is not covered here, call 1-888-787-6747. We’ll give you a straight answer before you book. You can also visit the FAQ page.

How much does pest control cost?

Price depends on the pest, property size, access and number of visits required. Once we understand the scope—and inspect when needed—you receive a free written quote before any work begins.

Is it safe for my kids and pets?

We choose targeted methods and follow each product label. Before treatment, we explain the preparation and exact re-entry instructions. Tell us about children, pregnancy, asthma, pets, fish tanks or reptiles so we can plan the service appropriately.

How soon can you come?

Same- or next-day appointments are often available. Urgent issues, such as stinging insects near an entrance or rodents in a commercial kitchen, receive priority where possible.

Will one treatment be enough?

It depends on the pest and the extent of the activity. Some contained problems may be resolved in one visit; bed bug and German cockroach programs commonly require scheduled follow-ups to address the full life cycle. Your quote explains what is included.

Do you use unmarked vehicles?

Yes, whenever you ask, at no extra cost. A lot of our bed bug clients want this and we treat it as normal rather than an upsell.

Can I just do it myself?

An occasional stray pest may not require professional service. For active nests, recurring activity, bed bugs, cockroaches or pharaoh ants, call before applying broad sprays or foggers; the wrong approach can scatter activity and complicate treatment.

Do you do lawns, gardens or weeds?

No. We are licensed for structural pest control, which covers pests in and around buildings. Lawn, garden and vegetation work needs a different Ontario licence class, and we will refer you to someone who has it.
