What shows up, and when

- Spring. Ants come indoors. Wasp queens start building. Mice that spent the winter in your walls get active and visible.
- Summer. Wasp and hornet nests hit full size. Spiders set up along foundations. Fleas peak, and cockroach populations grow quickly in the heat.
- Autumn. Mice, cluster flies, boxelder bugs and spiders move toward buildings as temperatures fall. Early autumn is the best time to ask about exclusion work.
- Winter. Rodents nesting in walls and attics, pantry pests in stored food, and bed bugs, which do not care what month it is.
How we treat a house
- Inspection. We check the affected areas plus likely routes and contributing conditions inside and outside the property.
- Identification. Getting the species right shapes the entire plan. Similar-looking pests, including pavement and pharaoh ants, can require very different treatment methods.
- Treatment. Depending on the pest, the plan may use gel baits, crack-and-crevice application, dust in inaccessible voids or exterior perimeter work. We explain what is being used and provide the label-based re-entry instructions.
- Exclusion. For pests using structural gaps, the scope may include mesh and sealant at rodent entry points, door sweeps, or screening at vents and weep holes.
- Follow-up and guarantee. Required return visits and any applicable 90-day written guarantee are explained in the quote.

We choose targeted methods and follow each product label. Depending on the pest, that may include gel bait in cracks, dust in inaccessible voids or tamper-resistant stations. Before treatment, you receive clear preparation and exact re-entry instructions.
