Service options and pricing

Every pest problem is different, so we quote the exact price after we understand the property, pest and scope. Start with a one-time service, or choose ongoing protection when it adds real value.

A written home inspection checklist being completed

One-time treatment

For a specific, contained problem such as a wasp nest, an ant trail or rodent activity in the garage.

  • Full inspection and identification
  • Targeted treatment
  • Written prevention report
  • Written guarantee on eligible services

Most popular

Quarterly Home Plan

Four visits a year, timed to seasonal pest pressure. Especially useful for properties near green space, ravines or recurring exterior activity.

  • Exterior perimeter treatment each visit
  • Interior treatment when it’s needed
  • Rodent stations monitored and serviced
  • Wasp nest removal included through the season
  • Covers ants, spiders, mice, wasps, earwigs, silverfish and cluster flies
  • Unlimited callbacks between visits, no charge

Bed bug and cockroach programs

Priced separately because these pests commonly require a planned series of visits rather than a one-time treatment. Your quote includes the recommended schedule and preparation steps.

  • Multiple visits, timed to the hatch cycle
  • Some prep required from you
  • Quoted after a free walk-through

Commercial programs

Monthly, biweekly or weekly programs are quoted according to facility size, risk level and documentation requirements. Plans can include service reports, an on-site logbook and priority response. See commercial pest control.

What moves the price

Price is shaped by the pest, property size, extent of activity, access, number of visits and any exclusion or repair work included in the scope.

Our promise on pricing

You receive a free written quote before work starts, with the recommended scope and included visits. There is no pressure to choose an ongoing plan; if one-time service is the better fit, we will say so.

Not sure which one fits?

Tell us what’s going on and we’ll recommend the simplest sensible option, including no ongoing plan when you do not need one.
