These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of ontargetpestcontrol.ca and services provided by OnTarget Pest Control (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them together with your quote or service agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Quotes, bookings and payment
Website information is general information. A quote request does not confirm an appointment. We confirm service scope, availability, pricing and any applicable taxes or charges with you before work begins. Payment terms are those stated in your accepted quote, invoice or service agreement. Additional work requires your agreement.
Access, preparation and safety
You must have authority to arrange service at the property and provide accurate information about the pest issue and relevant site conditions. Follow the preparation, access, treatment and re-entry instructions provided by your technician. Tell us about conditions that may affect safe treatment, including children, pets and relevant sensitivities. Keep occupants and visitors informed of safety instructions and do not disturb treatment equipment.
Appointments and changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointment timing may be affected by weather, site conditions or earlier service visits. Any cancellation or missed-appointment charge must be disclosed in your booking or service agreement.
Results and service coverage
Pest control results depend on the pest, property conditions, access, preparation and ongoing prevention. Some problems require more than one visit. Any warranty, follow-up treatment or service-plan coverage is governed by the terms supplied with your service. This page does not create an additional guarantee or change an existing service commitment.
Text messaging terms
OnTarget Pest Control sends text messages about appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or call 1-888-787-6747. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
By opting in, you consent to receive these service-related text messages at the mobile number you provide. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing services. You can contact us by phone or email instead. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier or network conditions; do not rely on text messaging for emergencies.

Use this website lawfully and do not misuse its forms, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
