5. Reduce repeat problems. You receive property-specific recommendations, such as removing water-holding items and repairing damaged screens or door gaps.
6. Review the next steps. We explain what to monitor after service and whether further visits are recommended for your situation.

Before and after your service

Before the visit, note the areas with the most activity and let us know about children, pets and how the space is used. If treatment is included, we will provide the preparation and re-entry instructions that apply to your service.
